All items for sale by Factory Collectibles are new and in perfect condition.

Lenox, Gorham & Kirk Stieff items are purchased in quantity from the Lenox warehouse complex.

Most of our items are in the original boxes....however, some are "off-the-shelf" unboxed items. This is reflected in the extra low price.

If you only want a particular item in its original box, please indicate so when ordering. We will contact you if this request cannot be accommodated.

 

INSURANCE & LIABILITY

All items are inspected prior to shipment and are packed with the utmost care so that your purchase should arrive safely.

Factory Collectibles is not responsible for items damaged in transit. For this reason, carrier shipping insurance is added to each order.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

We encourage the buyer to ask questions prior to purchase in order to avoid any issues.

Refunds and returns are handled on a case by case basis depending upon the reason.

Our default shipping policy includes insurance which would reimburse the buyer for the price of the item if it has been broken or lost in transit. If the buyer has refused insurance, there is no refund for damaged or lost items.

If, after receiving an item, the buyer is dissatisfied for a legitimate reason, a request for refund must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Refund of item price will be given as money back through PayPal. (Shipping charge is non-refundable.) Buyer pays return shipping unless we have shipped the wrong item, in which case, we will assume ALL cost. Returned items must include delivery confirmation and be covered by shipping insurance or received unbroken in order for a refund to be issued. T-Shirts must be returned unworn and unwashed for a refund to be issued.

 

PAYMENT

Payment is accepted through PayPal where you are able to pay securely with funds from a bank account or with a major credit card.

You do not need a PayPal account to use a credit card with PayPal payment services and there is no extra charge to you.

If you do not have a PayPal account, just click on the "Pay With Credit Card" option at the PayPal payment page.

 

SHIPPING

Orders are usually processed for shipping within 5 business days of receipt of payment.

Shipping is calculated using real-time shipping rates based on your choice of carrier, delivery destination, and the actual shipping weight of the package.

Carrier shipping insurance is added to each order. To opt out of this insurance, please write
